The covered terrace, with excellent sea views over Puerto del Carmen and beyond, has plenty of space for relaxing and al-fresco dining ! The villa is located close to the start of some of Lanzarote's walks and the owner can provide details of the routes, There is a garage for cyclists to store their bikes and the Tias golf course is a 5 minute drive from the property. The town of Tias, which has shops, bars & supermarkets is about 10 - 15 minutes walk from the villa. The main beaches, shops, bars and nightlife of Puerto del Carmen are 10 minutes by car or taxi - the lovely Puerto Calero marina is about 15 - 20 minutes by car or taxi.
