About Us

Originally from Ayrshire in Scotland, Bryan and Elaine decided to retire early from the hassles of business life. Moving to Lanzarote in 2001, with the sole intension of taking life at a more relaxed pace, looking after their holiday properties and spending time enjoying their respective passions of Golf & Horse Riding.

Now with over 40 properties on their books ranging from one bedroom poolside apartments to 4 bedroom luxury villas with private pools, Bryan and Elaine still somehow find time for golf and horse riding.

When asked how they both still find the time for hobbies Elaine answered "when you are looking after so many properties, there is only one way of managing them, and that is PROPERLY. Staff have to be trained to look after the needs of our guests, and the houses must always be maintained to a high standard, that is the secret of success".
